USAID Participant Training Program is seeking a qualified consultant for the following program in Croatia: "Regionalization of grant-making". Overall objective of the program is to provide technical assistance to the National Foundation for Civil Society Development in the establishment of their regional institutional structure for grant-making. The program is expected to start in February 2006 and end in December 2006 for a total of maximum 60 consulting days. Consultant Requirements: - experienced profit or non-profit consultant (ideally both) - expertise in the subject area (as described in Scope of Work)- sound knowledge of Croatian NGO sector- strong presentation and reporting skills - fluency in Croatian and English.The program will be funded by USAID/Croatia and administered by World Learning/Croatia.
